A. No, I teach all levels from beginners to intermediates to advanced.
A. The beauty of Pilates is that it is designed for all levels of fitness and is suitable for all ages and genders. It really is for everyone – including those with:
- Hip or back pain
- Postural problems
- Post-operative needs
- Athletes, footballers, triathletes and the like
- Pregnant and post-natal women
A. The classes can take place at your home or my home, Mon – Fri, depending on availability and level. And there’s also a beginners group on Wednesdays at Muswell Hill Community Centre.
A. Give me a call or email me and I can answer any questions you may have and make arrangements.
A. All the classes are 1 hour
A. 2-3 times a week is the recommended amount, but one class is better than none! I can also help you with some exercises that you can do by yourself at home between sessions.
A. Anything you feel comfortable in, e.g. tracksuit, leggings, t-shirt etc.
A. You do not have to buy or bring any special equipment. I will provide mats and any equipment such as weights or dyno-bands that may be required for a particular session.
