A. No, I teach all levels from beginners to intermediates to advanced.
A. The beauty of Pilates is that it is designed for all levels of fitness and is suitable for all ages and genders. It really is for everyone – including those with:
- Hip or back pain
- Postural problems
- Post-operative needs
And for:
- Athletes, footballers, triathletes and the like
- Pregnant and post-natal women
Q. Where do the classes take place?
A. The classes can take place at your home or my home, Mon – Fri, depending on availability and level. And there’s also a beginners group on Wednesdays at Muswell Hill Community Centre.

A. All the classes are 1 hour
Q. How often can I do Pilates?
A. 2-3 times a week is the recommended amount, but one class is better than none! I can also help you with some exercises that you can do by yourself at home between sessions.
Q. What should I wear for my class?
A. Anything you feel comfortable in, e.g. tracksuit, leggings, t-shirt etc.
Q. Do I need any special equipment?
A. You do not have to buy or bring any special equipment. I will provide mats and any equipment such as weights or dyno-bands that may be required for a particular session.
